Since the Framework was published in February 2021, NIH and NSF have issued new disclosure guidance to address inappropriate foreign influence on research. Using case studies and polling questions, panelists from the Research, Ethics & Compliance (REC) and Contracts & Grants Administration (CGA) Committees will discuss how institutional processes and systems have evolved to address these new requirements.
