COGR's NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy Matrix (V 1.0, Released July 5, 2022)
COGR has published Version 3.0 of the NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy Matrix, which serves as Chapter 2 of COGR’s NIH DMS Readiness Guide.
This policy matrix covers the four overarching NIH DMS policies/supplements and the FAQs, when possible, as well as the institute and center-specific policies issued to date. We are tracking information across several key topic areas, including:
- plan development & approval
- allowable costs
- privacy/security concerns
- data storage, and
- monitoring & compliance
COGR will publish updates to the matrix as additional information becomes available, and we will maintain prior versions of the chart on the COGR site.
