Why is this meeting being held virtually?
As of February 2023, COGR now hosts all winter membership meetings virtually. We look forward to seeing you in person during our June and October membership meetings!
When will the agenda be available?
COGR generally posts a preliminary agenda a few weeks ahead of the meeting, and as session and times are confirmed, will update and post a final agenda. Please check COGR's meeting page here for the latest.
Several individuals from my institution are interested in attending this meeting. Is there a group discount available?
Yes, we do offer special pricing for registrations of 5 or more individuals from the same institution. Please register all attendees in a single transaction if possible. The discount can not be applied retroactively. Processing fees may apply for registrants switching from individual registrations to group registrations.

How do I obtain a copy of my receipt or confirm I'm registered?
If you are registered through the COGR Portal, you can confirm your registration at any time by logging in, and choosing the Events tab from the Dashboard. From the Events tab, choose "My Event Registrations." For a copy of your payment receipt, purchasers may view the invoice and receipt on the Dashboard by navigating to My Account, and then Invoices and Receipts. Attendees are encouraged to check their registration status prior to the meeting to ensure they have been properly registered.
If you registered through Eventbrite, your confirmation and payment receipt was emailed directly from Eventbrite (check spam/junk mail as well). If you need assistance, contact memberservices@cogr.edu. ERI Pilot Institutions please contact ERIservices@cogr.edu.
Is my institution a COGR Member?
Please view our membership list here. COGR membership is by institution, not individual. If your institution is listed, please proceed with registration.
I don't see my institution on the COGR Member list. Is my institution participating in COGR's Emerging Research Institution's Pilot Program?

Is there any limit to how many individuals our institution can register for this meeting?
There is no limit to how many individuals a COGR Member Institution or ERI Pilot Institution can register for COGR's virtual meetings.
When is the last day to cancel my registration and request a refund?
The last day to cancel a registration and request a refund for this meeting will be Monday, February 24, 2025.
I'm a COGR Invited Guest. How do I register?
Invited guests will be sent an email with registration instructions. If you need assistance, please contact memberservices@cogr.edu.
I'm a COGR at-large Committee Member . How do I register?
COGR at-large committee members (those not also serving on the COGR Board) register using the same link as the general membership. If you are part of an institutional group of 5 or more, your registration fee will be at the group rate. If you need assistance, please contact memberservices@cogr.edu.
I'm paying using American Express, but I don't see that payment option in the COGR Portal?
At this time, the Portal does not accommodate payments using American Express. Please contact memberservices@cogr.edu for a special registration link if you wish to pay using an AMEX.
How will I be able to access each session during the meeting?
We are hosting the meeting in Zoom. If you register by February 21, 2025, your registration will be uploaded to Zoom and you will receive session links the Monday prior to the meeting. The messages come directly from Zoom, so please check your spam and junk folders. You will receive an individual Zoom email for each meeting session with an access link and the session time. The email will also include a link to automatically add the session to your Outlook or Google Calendar. We encourage you to do so. Zoom will also send out a session reminder and access link one day and one hour prior to the start of each session. Attendees registering after February 21 will be sent their Zoom links as quickly as possibly prior to the start of the meeting.
Will the presentation slides be available?
As with previous meetings, we will post session slides after the meeting on our Meeting Materials page.
Will sessions be recorded?
We do anticipate recording select sessions which will be available to attendees after the meeting in the COGR Portal. An email with a link to the recordings will go out to attendees, generally within one week of the meeting.
