COGR and the Association of American Universities announce the release of a report on troublesome clauses. “Restrictions on Research Awards: Troublesome Clauses 2007/2008” is based on a survey of 20 U.S. research universities that conduct significant research funded by DOD. It follows up on a 2003/2004 survey of the same institutions.
